RMACAC Tucson Spring Fair

This College Fair will feature upwards of 75 colleges and universities. It’s a wonderful way to get your search started or to visit with representatives from schools already of interest to you.

For Students:

Registered students will receive a barcode that may be scanned when presented to the colleges of their choice at the fairs.  No need for students to complete prospect cards at every single college table.

 How does this work?

  • Students access the website
  • Click on the “Student Register Now” button
  • Select the state of Arizona and then choose the fair
  • Complete the registration form once
  • Submit the form.  The bar-code is displayed
  • Print –  all done!

By completing this process, students and parents have more time to chat with college recruiters about their areas of interest, goals and much more.
One additional great feature; two days before the event, students will receive an attendance reminder email with a copy of their bar-code attached.

For High School Counselors:

You can track student registration.

Once your account has been created, you can keep track and view all registered students, have the functionality to bulk or individually print their barcodes and view registration of your students by the event.  You also now have the ability to register a student from your dashboard.  Select the option “register students for another fair.”
