Job Overview | The Gregory School has a 9th-grade through 12th-grade mathematics curriculum that sequences students through Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics, and Calculus-based courses. The successful candidate will teach material from any of the Upper School math course offerings. Effective candidates design, sequence, and deliver lessons that empower students to connect and apply new learning. The curriculum and assessment models used at the Gregory School are based on current best practices to maximize cognitive mathematical development in our students. The successful candidate is eager to join a community where professionalism and collaboration are valued. Teachers joining The Gregory School faculty are open to growth and participation in rich curricular conversations. Being part of The Gregory School community includes creating Friday exploration courses and interim week activities that extend learning beyond the classroom curriculum. |
